Computer help desk and managed services is what we do, but what does that mean? I get that all the time. Basically, it means if you or your employees have a problem you can give us a call and we will fix the issue for you. We have remote screen sharing software so you don’t have to tell us what’s going on – you can show us.

Throughout the day we get call and emails from users at our customers who need help. We try to always answer the phone and offer quick responses (that’s the name of the game when it comes to computer help desk).

A lot of our competition will have an answering service or outsource to another country for this. We don’t outsource anything. When you call us you will speak to a live person who lives and works in the Burlington, Hamilton and Oakville areas. This means that you will get fast friendly and local support. We want to build a relationship with our customers so after a while you will start to know the names of the people supporting your issues.

Because we take the time to learn about your business when someone calls from your company one of our techs will know what your employees job function is, the software they use and what to do if there are issues.

This will make your users happy dealing with small team and makes meeting them in person fun if they come on site. We usually get something to the effect of “Oh your Dave!” or something like that.
